policies carefully. By hiring us or using our website (www.buttucreative.in), you agree to the following
terms.
1. Business Status & Registration (The "Beta" Clause)
Please be advised that Buttu Creative Connect is currently operating in a BETA
phase.
- Registration: We are currently operating as a pre-registered
creative agency. Formal business registration is scheduled to occur after achieving specific client
milestones.
- Binding Agreements: Despite the pre-registered status, all agreements, invoices,
and contracts entered into are binding and enforceable.
2. Payment Terms
To ensure commitment and resource allocation, we strictly adhere to the following
payment structure:
- 50% Advance Requirement: Work on any project (including Graphic
Design, Social Media Management, or Web Development) will commence ONLY after receiving a 50%
non-refundable advance payment.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining 50% is due upon project completion
or, for monthly retainers, at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Late Fees: We reserve the right to pause work if payments are not made within the
agreed timeframe.
3. Scope of Services
We provide branding and marketing services as described in our packages (Basic,
Standard, Premium).
- Deliverables: Specific deliverables (e.g., number of posts, reels,
ads) are defined in your selected package or custom quote.
- Revisions: We offer a set number of revisions per project. Additional revisions
beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
4. Privacy Policy (Data Collection)
We respect your privacy. Here is how we handle your data:
- Information We Collect: We collect personal information such as your
Name, Email, Phone Number, and Business Details when you fill out a form or contact us.
- How We Use It: This data is used solely to contact you regarding
your project, send invoices, or update you on our services.
- Third Parties: We do not sell your data. However, we use third-party tools (like
social media platforms) to execute marketing campaigns on your behalf.
5. Client Responsibilities
- Assets: The client must provide necessary assets (logos, images,
credentials) in a timely manner. Delays in providing assets will result in delays in the project
timeline.
- Approvals: The client is responsible for reviewing and approving content before
it goes live. Buttu Creative Connect is not liable for errors in content that was approved by the
client.
6. Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellation by Client: If you cancel the project after the work has
commenced, the 50% advance payment will not be refunded, as it covers the time and resources already
allocated.
- Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we cannot fulfill the service, a
full refund of the advance will be issued.
